We facilitate access to economic opportunities by supporting individuals and communities, particularly in Nunavut, through skills development, mentorship, digital literacy, and entrepreneurship initiatives. Our programs are designed to include workplace safety, promote inclusion and anti-racism, and challenge social and gender barriers. Through these initiatives, we create pathways that enhance employability, strengthen leadership, and ensure that our community members have the tools and opportunities to thrive.
